Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data FlowPK collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: name, email, password (hashed), plan, and registration date.
• Payment info: the payment method you used, transaction reference, and the screenshot you upload. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials.
• Usage data: generation history (prompts, model used, timestamps), IP address, device/browser info — used for abuse prevention and improving the service.
• Support messages: messages you send us via WhatsApp or email.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, plan, and credits.
• To process and verify your payments and activate plans.
• To deliver shared AI service sessions through the FlowPK extension.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, repeated sign-ups, and shared-resource exhaustion.
• To detect account sharing or reselling — accounts used across an unusually large number of devices or IP addresses may be suspended.
• To send transactional emails: order approval/rejection and support replies.
• To improve the service, debug issues, and respond to your support requests.

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not share your prompts with advertisers or marketers.
• We do not send marketing messages unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Third-Party Services

When you use FlowPK, your prompts and generations are processed by the underlying AI providers (Google Flow, etc.) under their own privacy policies. We do not control how those providers handle data once it reaches them.

5. Data Security

• Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing.
• Session tokens are random and expire automatically.
• Admin access is gated by separate credentials.
• Shared session cookies are stored server-side and never sent to end users.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. payment records).

7. Your Rights

• You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting support.
• You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser cookies/local storage to keep you logged in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

FlowPK is not intended for users under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the dashboard.
